手作小管家（CraftKeeper）隐私政策

手作小管家（英文名称：CraftKeeper，以下简称“本应用”）是一款用于管理手作材料、采购批次、成品、销售、定制订单和收支记录的本地工具。我们重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何处理与你使用本应用有关的信息。

1. 适用范围

本政策适用于当前公开发布的手作小管家移动应用。当前版本不提供账号注册、云同步、在线支付、广告投放或远程推送服务。

2. 我们是否收集个人数据

当前版本不会将你在应用内录入的业务数据、照片或使用记录上传到我们的服务器，也不会出售或共享这些数据。

本应用当前不包含：

• 账号注册或登录系统。
• 广告 SDK 或跨应用广告追踪。
• 用户行为统计 SDK。
• 第三方崩溃上报 SDK。
• 远程服务器同步或云端备份。
• 真实的应用内购买或订阅服务。

3. 存储在设备本地的信息

为了提供库存与经营管理功能，本应用会在你的设备本地保存你主动录入或生成的信息，包括：

• 材料名称、分类、单位、规格、供应商、存储位置、库存预警数量和备注。
• 采购批次、采购时间、采购数量、采购单价、库存余量、盘盈、盘亏和损耗记录。
• 成品名称、图片、分类、生产数量、材料配方、成本快照、售价、销售和发货记录。
• 定制订单名称、图片、平台、买家、数量、预付款、尾款、交付日期、物流信息和备注。
• 收入、支出、退款、损耗、利润和收支日历记录。
• 应用语言、界面偏好及其他本地设置。

这些信息默认保存在应用沙盒内，用于展示数据、计算库存与成本、恢复应用状态和完成你主动发起的操作。我们无法远程访问这些信息。

你在买家、供应商、物流或备注字段中填写的内容可能包含他人信息。请仅录入业务所必需且你有权处理的信息，并自行妥善管理设备访问权限。

4. 相机、照片与媒体

当你主动为材料、成品或定制订单添加图片时，本应用可能请求相机或照片库权限。

• 相机权限仅用于你主动拍摄图片。
• 照片库权限仅用于你主动选择图片。
• 选中的图片可能被复制到本应用的本地存储目录，以便后续展示。
• 本应用不会在后台访问相机或照片库，也不会把图片上传到我们的服务器。

你可以拒绝相关权限；拒绝后将无法使用对应的拍照或选图功能，但不影响不依赖图片的库存和经营管理功能。你也可以随时在系统设置中修改权限。

5. 数据使用目的

本地数据仅用于：

• 管理材料、采购批次和库存数量。
• 按先进先出规则计算材料成本。
• 管理成品、销售、发货、退货和损耗。
• 管理定制订单、收款状态和交付进度。
• 生成本地收入、支出和利润统计。
• 保存你的应用设置并恢复使用状态。

本应用不会将本地数据用于广告、营销、用户画像、信用评估或跨应用追踪。

6. 第三方组件与系统服务

本应用使用 Flutter、Riverpod、Hive CE、SharedPreferences、Image Picker 和 Package Info 等组件实现界面、本地状态、本地数据存储、图片选择和版本展示。当前实现不通过这些组件向我们发送你的业务数据。

Apple App Store、Google Play、操作系统和设备备份服务可能依据其自身政策处理应用下载、更新、权限或系统备份相关信息。相关处理由对应平台控制，不由本应用运营者直接访问。你可以查阅对应平台的隐私政策：

7. 数据共享、出售与追踪

当前版本不会向第三方出售、出租或共享你的本地业务数据，不使用广告标识符，也不会进行跨应用或跨网站追踪。

如果未来增加账号、云同步、在线备份、统计分析、崩溃上报、广告、内购或订阅等功能，我们会在相关功能上线前更新本政策，并根据适用要求取得必要授权。

8. 数据保留、删除与系统备份

本地业务数据和图片会保留在设备中，直到你通过本应用支持的功能删除相关记录、清除应用数据或删除本应用。

若你希望清除本应用保存的全部本地数据和复制到应用目录中的图片，可以删除本应用。操作系统可能按照你的设备设置将应用数据包含在系统备份中；备份副本的保留与删除由 Apple、Google 或设备系统的备份设置管理。

删除操作可能不可恢复。执行前请确认不再需要相关业务记录。

9. 数据安全

本应用依赖操作系统应用沙盒和设备访问控制保护本地数据。请为设备设置密码、生物识别或其他适当的安全措施。任何存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，我们会在应用能力范围内采取合理措施减少数据被未授权访问、篡改或丢失的风险。

10. 儿童隐私

本应用面向手作经营和库存管理用户，不专门面向儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人数据。如你认为儿童通过联系渠道向我们提供了个人数据，请联系我们处理。

11. 如果你联系我们

如果你通过邮件联系我们，我们可能会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容以及你主动提供的故障信息。我们仅将这些信息用于回复问题、处理反馈或提供支持，不会用于广告追踪。

12. 你的选择与权利

你可以：

• 在系统设置中管理相机和照片库权限。
• 在应用内修改或删除支持编辑的业务记录。
• 通过删除应用清除本机应用沙盒内的数据。
• 通过本政策提供的邮箱询问隐私和数据处理问题。

根据你所在国家或地区的适用法律，你可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理或提出异议等权利。由于当前版本的业务数据仅保存在你的设备中，我们通常无法从服务器代为访问、导出或删除这些本地数据。

我们可能因应用功能、系统权限、第三方组件或适用要求发生变化而更新本政策。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，并标明新的生效日期。

CraftKeeper Privacy Policy

CraftKeeper (Chinese name: 手作小管家, the “App”) is a local tool for managing craft materials, purchase batches, finished products, sales, custom orders, and financial records. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information related to your use of the App.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the current publicly released version of the CraftKeeper mobile application. The current version does not provide account registration, cloud synchronization, online payments, advertising, or remote push notifications.

2. Personal Data Collection

The current version does not upload business records, photos, or usage records entered in the App to our servers. We do not sell or share this information.

The App currently does not include:

• Account registration or sign-in.
• Advertising SDKs or cross-app advertising tracking.
• User behavior analytics SDKs.
• Third-party crash reporting SDKs.
• Remote server synchronization or cloud backup.
• Real in-app purchases or subscription services.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide inventory and business management features, the App stores information that you enter or generate locally on your device, including:

• Material names, categories, units, specifications, suppliers, storage locations, low-stock thresholds, and notes.
• Purchase batches, purchase dates, quantities, unit prices, remaining stock, inventory gains, inventory losses, and damage records.
• Product names, photos, categories, production quantities, recipes, historical cost snapshots, prices, sales, and shipment records.
• Custom order names, photos, platforms, buyers, quantities, deposits, balances, delivery dates, logistics information, and notes.
• Income, expenses, refunds, losses, profit, and finance calendar records.
• App language, interface preferences, and other local settings.

This information is stored in the App sandbox by default and is used to display records, calculate inventory and costs, restore App state, and perform actions you initiate. We cannot remotely access this information.

Information you enter in buyer, supplier, logistics, or notes fields may contain information about other people. Only enter information that is necessary for your business and that you are authorized to process, and protect access to your device.

4. Camera, Photos, and Media

When you choose to add an image to a material, product, or custom order, the App may request camera or photo library permission.

• Camera permission is used only when you choose to take a photo.
• Photo library permission is used only when you choose an image.
• Selected images may be copied into the App's local storage directory for later display.
• The App does not access your camera or photo library in the background and does not upload images to our servers.

You can deny these permissions. Doing so prevents the corresponding camera or image-selection feature from working, but does not affect inventory and business features that do not require images. You can change permissions at any time in system settings.

5. How Local Information Is Used

Local information is used only to:

• Manage materials, purchase batches, and inventory quantities.
• Calculate material costs using first-in, first-out rules.
• Manage products, sales, shipments, returns, and losses.
• Manage custom orders, payment status, and delivery progress.
• Generate local income, expense, and profit summaries.
• Save your preferences and restore App state.

The App does not use local information for advertising, marketing, profiling, credit evaluation, or cross-app tracking.

6. Third-Party Components and System Services

The App uses Flutter, Riverpod, Hive CE, SharedPreferences, Image Picker, and Package Info components to provide its interface, local state, local data storage, image selection, and version display. In the current implementation, these components are not used to transmit your business data to us.

Apple App Store, Google Play, operating systems, and device backup services may process information related to downloads, updates, permissions, or system backups under their own policies. Such processing is controlled by the respective platform and is not directly accessible to the App operator. You can review their privacy policies:

7. Sharing, Sale, and Tracking

The current version does not sell, rent, or share your local business information with third parties, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not track you across apps or websites.

If we later add accounts, cloud sync, online backup, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other features that affect privacy, we will update this policy before those features are released and obtain any required authorization.

8. Retention, Deletion, and System Backups

Local business information and images remain on your device until you delete supported records in the App, clear App data, or delete the App.

To clear all information stored in the App sandbox, including images copied into the App directory, you can delete the App. Depending on your device settings, the operating system may include App data in a system backup. Retention and deletion of backup copies are controlled through Apple, Google, or device backup settings.

Deletion may be irreversible. Confirm that you no longer need the relevant business records before deleting them.

9. Data Security

The App relies on operating-system sandboxing and device access controls to protect local information. You should protect your device with a passcode, biometrics, or other appropriate safeguards. No storage method can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures within the App's capabilities to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for craft business and inventory management users and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal data through our contact channel, please contact us.

11. If You Contact Us

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, message content, and diagnostic information you choose to provide. We use this information only to answer questions, handle feedback, or provide support, and not for advertising tracking.

12. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Manage camera and photo library permissions in system settings.
• Edit or delete supported business records in the App.
• Delete the App to clear information in its local sandbox.
• Contact us using the email address in this policy with privacy questions.

Depending on applicable law in your country or region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data. Because the current version stores business information only on your device, we generally cannot access, export, or delete that local information from a server on your behalf.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when App features, system permissions, third-party components, or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
